So I failed NaNoWriMo. Reason?  November was a very busy drama filled month, full of problems with my family, friends, and many many concerts.  Then I finally got a mini labtop to help me out and I could get the one I wanted and had to wait until I went to TX for Thanksgiving to get one. 

Then when I finally got it, I didn’t have time to sit down and type.  So none the less I only got a little over 18,000 words typed up, and 4 untyped chapters. 

There is always next year….

Today is thrusday, so you know what that means.

1. I am not sure if this is really a happy thought or not, it is supposed to snow on Friday. I’m a little excited about it, but then again I’m going to be seeing this stuff all over the place in about 3 weeks.  So this one is a undecided happy thought.
2. Christmas Music!!! I love playing christmas music and this weekend is going to be full of it.  I have my community band concert this Sunday with tons of solos by yours truly. Then there is a festival this weekend at the church I have been playing for.  There is a brass group that is going to be playing for the 2 hours before the show on Friday and Sunday.  Bonus; I get to leave work early because I have to be there and playing at 5.  Score!!!  (Boss goes to the same church and he is on another vacation.)
3. Get to go shopping for presents this Saturday!!  I love buying other people gifts.
