Since tomorrow is a holiday and all, I will do Happy Thoughts a day early. Today is a good day for many reasons.
- It is the last work day of the work week.
- Tomorrow I will be eating tons of turkey in my PJ’s while watching the Macy’s Day parade.
- Week 2 of running is going good so far and I plan on running the day of Thanksgiving and the day after. (There are going to be many many desserts. Running is going to be a must!)
- Car trip. Even though it is going to be a short 4 hour trip, it is still worth it.
- Turkey induced coma. Do I need to say more?
- Christmas movie marathon begin the next day. I love this for two reasons. I have a legit reason to not get out of my pj’s (do you see a pattern, because I am…) because the turkey has taken over, and I get to see the movies that are some of my favs.
- There are going to be lots of leftovers. Sometimes this is good and bad. I love turkey leftovers. I love to eat cold or hot sandwiches, and also make up dishes so I can put the turkey into it. However, this tends to contribute to my growing waistline and is not very productive with my running routine. But it is the holiday’s, right?
What are your plans for the wonderful turkey eating holiday?
And onto the wonderfulness that is WWFC cartoons. This one is my favorite so far because it describes my love for books so well and how hard it is for me to get rid of any of them, even though I haven’t read them in about 5 years.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!

w00t for turkey and w00t w00t for no work! I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
If ever a trend should be developed, it would be the trend of wearing jammies all day long!
i can’t wait for the leftovers, haha. have a great thanksgiving!
I hate to admit this, but that cartoon hit too close to home. I have two college science books that I can’t fathom selling or giving away because biology and physical science is so important!
Haha! That comic reminds me of ME and what I’m going through right now!! We’re moving, you know, and I had to pack up the study the other day. Well, when I brought the boxes of books to the new house my mom was helping me unpack and going “You don’t seriously think you’re going to read “The Princess Diaries” again do you??”
Mean Momma making me choose!
