Today’s happy thoughts are going to be a little different.  I have found some really random but awesome websites that I think everyone should try and I want to know any websites that you frequent that you would like to share.

Here is my wonderful list:

1. Blastoff - This site is AWESOME!!  It is free and you save money if you shop off of their website.  They have Barnes and Noble and some others that I shop frequently.  They have phone stuff (att, Verizon, etc), travel places (orbits, travelocity, etc), and all sorts of other stuff.  Plus if you invite people to Blastoff and they buy something you get between 2-6% cash back from their purchase.  Basically whatever they save, you earn.  And you get paid every week.  AND when you customize your homepage, it gets a little addicting.  I did it at work and wasted almost a day picking stuff and playing all the games.  (They have classic Mario!!).
2. StumbleUpon - This may not be a new site but I am in love with it. I will just periodically click stumble and find some really funny or beautiful pictures. You can customize what kind of searches you want to go along with your tastes. It rocks and passes the day away easily.
3. Shutterfly - This is a photo site through target.  You can upload your pictures and have them printed on calendars, photo books, on stuff, or on greeting cards (Like I did last year. turned out awesome by the way).  And they also have a place for you to create your own photo website. You can pick from different layouts and how you want to display your photos.  You can add comments, videos, and little descriptions.  If someone becomes a member of your site they have the privilege to download the full size copy of your picture, and they are able to add to the album.  It is really nice. 4. Picnik - It makes your photos fabulous with easy to use yet powerful editing tools. Tweak to your heart’s content, then get creative with oodles of effects, fonts, shapes, and frames.  And the best part is that it is free.  Warning: it is addicting, because you can make the pictures look awesome or make them look hillarious and may make you want to send the picture to someone else.
5. Envirosax- My new fav site. Rachie Ann introduced this one to me and now I’m addicted. I’m going to get all my Christmas presents from this site.  And right now they have thing going on.  During the month of November, Envirosax is proud to donate $1 from the sale of every Graphic Series pouch (set of 5 bags) sold on the Envirosax website to the ASPCA®. Recently there has been an alarming rise in reports concerning animals that have been left behind to starve or fend for themselves in empty foreclosed homes. Recently, donations have dwindled due to the recession and many of the shelters have been forced to cut holding periods from six days to three after which the animals are put down. 6. One Word. So Little Time - This website has helped me when I have had writer’s block.  It gets me away from my current novel and thinking about something else. That way when I come back to it I’m refreshed and ready to start again.  However, it is very addicting…
